Job summary

WilsonHCG is seeking an entry-level Production Material Handler I in Texas to support manufacturing and production by handling, moving, and maintaining materials flow. The role emphasizes following established guidelines and SOPs with minimal decision-making.

Responsibilities include receiving materials, preparing them for production, and ensuring accurate inventory records while adhering to safety and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; entry-level role.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or warehouse environments.
• Physically able to lift and move materials as required.

Responsibilities

• Handle and maintain the movement of raw materials, components, and finished goods within production and warehouse areas
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against documentation
• Prepare materials for delivery to production lines based on schedule and requirements
• Move materials using manual handling methods and/or motorized equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified)
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of materials in designated areas
• Record and document material movements accurately for inventory tracking and reporting
• Assist in cycle counts and basic inventory checks as required
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Support production teams by ensuring timely availability of required materials
