Superior Energy Services, L.L.C. is seeking a Material Handler in Midland, Texas to efficiently move, store, and distribute materials across the manufacturing facility.

You will ensure timely delivery to production, maintain accurate inventory records, and support quality standards in a fast-paced environment. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to read and interpret work orders and shipping documents, and safe operation of forklifts and other equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, shipping documents, and inventory reports.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Receive, inspect, unload, and store incoming materials, parts, and supplies.
• Verify material quantities and documentation against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock for production.
• Coordinate with purchasing and production teams for timely material delivery.
• Issue and deliver materials to production work areas as required.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Record inventory transactions using inventory management systems.
• Identify and report inventory variances or damaged materials.
• Maintain material identification, labeling, and traceability.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other handling equipment safely.
• Organize warehouse storage areas to maximize efficiency.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities as needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory control and material flow.
• Adhere to safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping requirements.
