Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Ability to read blueprints; experience operating forklifts, bridge cranes, hoists, or similar equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport and stage materials to support steady workflow: move raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products using forklifts, cranes, and other handling equipment.
• Prepare for production: read work orders and identify required parts to support upcoming manufacturing needs; stage and organize materials per priorities.
• Complete records and check material quality: log activities in Kronos and track systems; spot-check materials for accuracy.
• Maintain equipment and work areas: clean and organize staging zones; perform basic preventive care on equipment.
• Follow safety and work standards: use PPE, follow safety practices, report hazards and incidents; participate in safety training.
