Reporting to: Senior Director of Nuclear and Fuel Cycle
Type One Energy seeks a highly skilled and experienced Materials Engineer with general metallurgical experience, including materials testing and characterization. Ideally the candidate will have experience with fusion‑relevant materials and their challenges. In this role you will support the materials program across various components and systems by executing testing and characterization campaigns for specialty fusion materials, assisting in material selection and lifetime evaluations, and collaborating with internal engineering teams and external vendors.
