Job summary

Terracon is seeking students in civil or construction engineering for a summer internship from May to August. You will work in the materials service line, learning from mentors and experiencing hands-on field and laboratory tasks while developing professionally.

As part of the internship, you will participate in a cohort, build your network, and attend a summit with leaders. The program emphasizes safety, client interaction, and understanding ASTM, DOT, COE test procedures.

Qualifications

• Pursuing BS or MS in civil or construction engineering.
• Interest in consulting and fieldwork.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to write a proposal.
• Provide a high level of client experience to our clients.
• Correctly manage change orders.
• Execute projects safely, accurately, and profitably.
• Topics will include project management, project execution, and client development.
