The incumbent leads Materials Technicians I & II, coordinates scheduling, monitors productivity, and guides staff performance and training in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 5 years of Materials experience in healthcare distribution
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to lead staff and coordinate with multiple departments

Responsibilities

• Lead materials technician staff and monitor productivity
• Perform responsibilities of Materials Technician I & II when needed
• Ensure daily tasks are completed timely and accurately
• Oversee inbound goods, delivery, and put-away
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
• Conduct daily rounding to support areas and assess productivity
• Communicate effectively with supply chain colleagues and customers
• Ensure work quality meets customer and professional standards
• Act as a super-user of inventory systems and tools
• Support quality control for incoming/outgoing orders
• Respond to urgent deliveries and coordinate with stakeholders
• Train new and current staff on service excellence and processes
