Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in receiving, stocking and distributing supplies/equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and use inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Dispatches and fulfills customer requests for supplies/equipment.
• Receive, stock, and store incoming supplies; maintain inventory levels.
• Record charges and ensure proper invoicing for supplies/equipment.
• Prepare and transport supplies/equipment to facilities as required.
• Ensure proper cleaning, storage, and distribution of patient care equipment.
• Maintain security, orderliness and cleanliness in all work areas.
• Keep accurate records of receipt, storage and distribution.
• Enter orders via computer, phone, or in person; replenish carts and kits as needed.
• Process returns to vendors with proper documentation.
