Job summary

Stage 4 Solutions is seeking an Associate Scientist, Materials and Cryogenics- Pharma for 100% onsite work at Devens, MA. This 12-month contract supports the Materials and Cryogenics Science group in cryogenics, consumables and single-use systems used in biopharmaceutical manufacturing.

The role collaborates with Manufacturing, QA, QC, Supply Chain and Global Procurement on cross-functional programs. Compensation is $40/hr to $41.93/hr as a W2 employee with health benefits and 401K.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field and 2+ years of biopharma industry experience or MSc in a related discipline.
• Awareness of cGMP and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of protein analytical tools and laboratory experimentation.
• Manufacturing process validation knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support material and cryogenics evaluation, risk assessment, and change management activities.
• Execute material control strategies, validations, qualifications, and lifecycle management.
• Evaluate supplier change notifications to maintain GMP compliance.
• Assist cryogenics and cold-chain related lab studies or activities.
• Assist material and cryogenics manufacturing investigations.
• Author and revise CMC documents as appropriate.
• Author protocols, reports, and technical presentations.
