Job summary

Setra Systems, based in Boxborough, MA, seeks a Materials Coordinator to keep parts and supplies flowing to production. You will pick, move, and stock materials, track inventory, and support receiving and shipping in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to learn inventory systems (JD Edwards preferred). It offers local work with a 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule and a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year in manufacturing, warehouse, inventory, logistics, or similar.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to learn and use inventory management systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

  • Pick up incoming parts and materials from receiving areas.
  • Deliver materials to production and storage locations.
  • Maintain organized inventory for manufacturing teams.
  • Track inventory using company systems and update transactions.
  • Receive and record incoming materials throughout the day.
  • Move/store materials with pallet jacks (manual or powered).
  • Count inventory and perform stock audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist with shipping/receiving and cross-train in those areas.

Boxborough, MA, United StatesWhat You'll Do As a Materials Coordinator/PacerSetra Systems is looking for a reliable and organized team member to help keep materials moving throughout our manufacturing facility.
