FUJIFILM Dimatix is seeking a Materials Coordinator for our Lebanon, NH manufacturing facility. This onsite role supports manufacturing build through material replenishment programs, expediting shortages, and handling internal material transport.

You will ensure proper routing of incoming materials and maintain records of material flow. Key duties include Kan/Ban replenishment, delivering daily materials, moving finished goods to stock, performing inventory transactions and cycle counts, and

Responsibilities

  • Review material positions at all mfg Kan/Ban replenishment points.
  • Deliver material required daily based on Kan/Ban locations.
  • Move FG from work cell to FG stock locations.
  • Deliver material between buildings as required.
  • Perform transactions to guarantee accuracy.
  • Perform cycle counts.
  • Expedite material shortages for production floor with Purchasing.
  • Support ECO changes and cut-in strategies for changes.
  • Provide build kits to the production floor.
  • Support training of co-workers.
  • Support material needs for shipments.

Position Overview

This Materials Coordinator is an onsite position, located in our Lebanon, NH manufacturing facility. The Materials Coordinator is responsible for material replenishment programs in support of manufacturing build. Expedites parts to remedy shortage problems. Internally picks-up and delivers materials within company and maintains records on material flow. Ensures incoming materials are properly routed. Develops and maintains resources for assigned commodity items. Responsible for transactions to transfer inventory into warehouse, cycle counting, and other tasks as defined by materials management.

  • This job requires the coordinator to be performing job functions in a light industrial setting and a cleanroom-manufacturing environment.
  • May potentially handle hazardous waste in accordance with the safe work practices defined in Hazardous Communication and Hazardous Waste training programs. Initial training is required upon hiring status and every 3 years thereafter. Employees handling hazardous waste will insure that waste containers in their work areas are properly labeled and dated. Employees will ensure that waste containers are closed after transferring waste to them. Report any incidents involving hazardous waste to supervisor.
