Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, wash, pick, package, and ship materials in accordance with established procedures.
• Load and unload trucks; coordinate dispatch activities.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in system(s).
• Execute inventory transactions related to manufacturing, procurement, and shipping.
• Manage Kanban processes and ensure materials are issued using FIFO methodology.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or discrepancies.
• Track and report scrap and material variances.
• Maintain required logs, documentation, and reports.
• Support 5S initiatives and identify process improvement opportunities (7 wastes).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
