Saint Francis Hospital Muskogee, Inc. is seeking a Materials Control Technician at the Muskogee campus. This role handles receiving, stocking, and distributing supplies, while maintaining accurate inventory and working with cart systems and handheld terminals.

You will perform regular inventories, process receipts, and assist departments with delivery and replenishment needs. Strong communication and basic math skills are essential.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED is required, with preference for completion.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and other applicable software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present information clearly.
• Basic math skills for converting quantities and inventory calculations.

Mansioni

• Perform regular inventories of supplies on replenishment carts.
• Enter information into handheld terminal and update Cart Inventory Management System.
• Receive and process incoming supplies; verify against packing lists.
• Transport replenishment carts to designated locations and stock areas.
• Expedite STAT requests and ensure proper delivery to departments.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and assist with label application.
