Quanex, a global manufacturer, seeks a Materials Compliance Analyst in Sioux Falls, SD to manage regulatory compliance and sustainability initiatives using the Assent platform. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to collect documentation, validate data, and drive improvements in supply chain transparency.

The role focuses on REACH, RoHS, Conflict Minerals, Prop 65, TSCA, PFAS compliance, and maintaining accurate, up-to-date supplier records while supporting continuous improvement and

Qualifications

• Requires degree in engineering, environmental science, or related field.
• Experience in data management or supplier/materials databases preferred.
• Familiarity with supplier compliance tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of REACH, RoHS, Conflict Minerals, Prop 65, TSCA, PFAS and state requirements desirable.
• Excellent Excel skills; strong analytical and detail orientation.
• Good communication and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional materials compliance efforts to meet global regulatory and sustainability objectives.
• Own supplier compliance data management and maintenance within the Assent platform.
• Improve compliance performance through issue resolution, reporting, and stakeholder training.
• Ensure accurate, up-to-date compliance documentation and audits.
