Job summary

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc. is hiring for a day shift role in Pullman, WA. You will learn SEL Values, apply World Class Manufacturing, and perform daily materials and receiving tasks to meet customer delivery expectations.

You will work in a team, maintain a safe workspace, and continuously improve processes through feedback and training. Competitive pay starts at $26 per hour with a strong emphasis on safety, collaboration, and an employee-owned culture.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Learn and apply SEL Values and Principles of Operation.
• Learn the concepts of World Class Manufacturing, and consistently apply them to continually improve and simplify processes in your area.
• Learn and perform daily materials and receiving tasks to achieve customer expectations for service and delivery by reading and following area documentation and operating mobile equipment.
• Improve performance by learning from previous experience, others, accepting new assignments and by openly receiving regular feedback.
• Work cooperatively within a team environment.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area and equipment.

We are currently hiring direct into Pullman. All available positions are for day shift (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
