Job summary

Premium Woods LLC in Lincoln, NE seeks a hands-on Buyer / Purchaser to manage material procurement and keep inventory flowing. The role blends desk tasks—purchasing, ERP data entry—with physical work on the shop floor, including receiving and stocking materials.

You will create POs, source materials, verify deliveries, and maintain accurate records while coordinating with vendors and production teams to keep schedules on track.

Qualifications

• Experience with purchasing, inventory management, or materials coordination in cabinet/millwork/construction is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory software; Innergy experience is a big plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create and track purchase orders for project materials using our Innergy ERP system.
• Source materials, compare pricing, and place orders with vendors and suppliers.
• Receive incoming shipments, unload trucks, inspect deliveries, and verify orders against POs.
• Label and enter received materials into inventory accurately and promptly.
• Maintain organized inventory records and stock levels.
• Pull and stage materials to fulfill work orders for the shop floor.
• Deliver materials to the shop floor to keep production on schedule.
• Identify shortages or discrepancies and resolve issues with vendors or the project team.
