Job summary

Pike Industries, Inc., a CRH Company, is seeking a MS Billing Specialist to join our Belmont, New Hampshire team. You will manage the Material Sales hub, handle tickets, reconcile daily information, and ensure accurate tonnage reporting and tax handling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Material Sales hub/collector for all Viewpoint ticket information.
• Account for all tickets including voids, lost tons and unusable tickets.
• Review daily ticket information and reconcile to daily tonnage reports.
• Ensure quotes are set up accurately and timely completion of daily tonnage report.
• Maintain close handle on sales taxes processed through MS; apply taxes correctly.

MS Billing Specialist – Belmont, New Hampshire

What can you expect:

• $22-$23.50/ per hour based on experience

What You Will Do

• Oversee and manage Material Sales hub/collector for all Viewpoint ticket information.
• Account for all tickets including voids, lost tons and any unusable tickets.
• Review daily ticket information. Reconcile to daily tonnage reports as supplied by the individual locations. Check all detailed information for accuracy and ensure that all quotes are set up accordingly.
• Accurate and timely completion of the daily tonnage report.
• Maintain a close handle on sales taxes that are processed through MS; ensure that appropriate taxes are/are not applied as necessary.

Requirements

• Excellent computer skills including outlook, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Possess solid organization and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Good decision-making skills and detailed oriented.
• Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisor with other duties as required.
• Must display a courteous and professional attitude when dealing with co-workers and the public.
