Job summary

Materials Associate (Parts Picker)

Work Arrangement: In-Office, Hamel, MN

1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m. or Monday-Thursday, 5:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Role Overview

The Materials Associate picks parts for assembly cells and helps maintain and stock inventory consistent with company policies and procedures. This role supports production by ensuring materials are accurate, available, and organized for assembly operations. The position requires attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to follow instructions accurately in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick parts for assembly cells accurately and efficiently to support production needs.
  • Maintain and stock inventory consistent with company policies and procedures.
  • Support accurate inventory movement, organization, and replenishment within the manufacturing environment.

Compensation

$20-$22/hour. Signing bonus available.
