Job summary

Copeland, located in Sidney, OH, is seeking a Material Analyst to manage MRP and Kanban systems, ensuring timely material receipt to support production. You will coordinate with production, procurement and quality teams to optimize inventory and on-time delivery across the supply chain.

The role requires 3 years in Materials Management and hands-on experience with SAP/Oracle/JDE, Excel, and Lean tools. A Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field is preferred, and US work eligibility is

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • 3 years’ experience in Materials Management.
  • Familiar with Lean tools such as Kanban, VSM, pull systems, demand driven Supply Chain and Perfect Execution strategies.
  • Experience with ERP systems SAP, Oracle, or JDE; strong Excel and MS Office skills.
  • US work authorization – sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

  • Manage MRP to ensure timely receipt of materials to meet production schedules.
  • Track progress of materials and expedite as required.
  • Manage Kanbans to meet production and inventory targets.
  • Maintain master schedule to meet demand and inventory targets.
