Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2–4 years logistics, supply, or warehousing experience (Army contractor or SSA operations preferred).
• Experience in equipment turn-in or material coordination strongly desirable.
• Army logistics systems: GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP.
• Forklift/MHE certification (OF 346 license preferred).
• Must be able to travel within the United States up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Expedite movement of vehicles, equipment, and Class IX repair parts from receiving to inspection, staging, and warehousing areas.
• Monitor and prioritize items requiring immediate attention or special handling (hazardous, sensitive, or controlled).
• Ensure equipment is staged properly for inspection, accountability, or outbound shipment.
• Verify turn-in documents (DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 200, condition codes) match items.
• Track movement status and update logs/spreadsheets/Army systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP).
• Report discrepancies in documentation, property records, or shipment status to supervisors.
• Collaborate with Supply Technicians, Warehouse Specialists, Transportation Coordinators, and Quality Control staff.
• Communicate with Army unit personnel to resolve delays during mass turn-ins.
• Support outbound shipping requirements by staging and preparing materiel for loading.
• Assist in reconciling shortages, overages, or mismatches in turn-ins.
• Participate in cyclic inventories, spot checks, and PARs.
• Ensure items are tagged, labeled, and properly coded before storage/shipment.
• Comply with OSHA, Army and company safety standards during handling.
• Follow environmental standards for HAZMAT handling, packaging, and disposal.
