Job Summary: Order and maintain materials for inventory in parts room. Stock materials as delivered to maintain parts room inventory.

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED.

Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: A valid driver's license and a Motor Vehicle Report that meets SFHS guidelines are required.

Work Experience: 0 - 6 months related experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must have good computer skills. Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to organize and prioritize work in an effective and efficient manner. Must be able to coordinate activities with others from all levels throughout the health system.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Orders and maintains materials for inventory and projects. Locates suppliers of non-stock and special items. Issues and receives materials. Supports transportation service. Performs preventive maintenance on vehicles. Performs related responsibilities as required or directed. Supports the Health System mission, vision, values and goals in the daily performance of duties. Practices and maintains the quality improvement program of the department. Meets all system-wide and department competencies annually. Complies with all system and department safety guidelines. Attends all department meetings. Performs additional duties as assigned by the manager/supervisor.
