Lindt USA is seeking a Material Specialist - Yard Driver for the Stratham, NH facility. The role combines yard driving with materials handling, requiring experience with PIT equipment and the ability to operate pallet jacks and turret stock pickers in a cold, warehouse setting.

The successful candidate will support production through efficient inventory movement and accurate inbound/outbound materials processing while adhering to safety protocols and shift schedules.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Yard Driver: Safely transport trailers/trucks across campus. CDL not required as not on public roads.
• Material Specialist: move inventory and materials using powered equipment throughout the warehouse.
• Ensure receipt of inbound materials (packaging, imported goods, internal items) is accurate and safe.
• Support timely fulfillment of sales orders and safe operation of material handling equipment.

Must have prior experience driving large commercial truck/trailers. CDL is not required as the driver does not go on public roadways.**Material Specialist:**Support warehouse operation via transporting inventory and materials throughout the warehouse to and from Production areas using Powered Industrial Equipment including pallet jacks, fork trucks and turret stock pickers (TSPs).Insure accurate, safe and efficient receipt of all inbound materials including, but not limited to packaging materials, imported goods, and internal manufactured items.Maintain consistent level of internal support and ensure accurate, safe and efficient fulfillment of all sales order requests.Support the requirements of the functional team to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all material handling equipment.**Qualifications:****Experience:**Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment with receiving or shipping background preferred.**Skills & Knowledge:**Basic writing and math skills requiredFlexibility to meet rotational shift changes and overtime, as required.Basic computer and data entry knowledge required.
