Job summary

Lindt USA in Stratham, NH is seeking a Material Specialist and Yard Driver for the 3rd shift with a 25% differential.

You will move materials, transport inventory around the campus using PIT equipment, and support warehouse operations to ensure timely production and order fulfillment. CDL is not required. A High School Diploma and warehousing experience are preferred. Lift up to 75 pounds and work in a refrigerated environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse with receiving or shipping preferred.
• Basic writing and math skills required.
• Flexible with rotating shifts and overtime.
• Able to use a radio frequency scanner.
• Knowledge of standard warehouse and/or production practices helpful but not required.
• Truck driving experience (26FT+) preferred for this role.
• Receiving or shipping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Must have prior experience driving large commercial truck/trailers. CDL is not required as the driver does not go on public roadways.**Material Specialist:**Support warehouse operation via transporting inventory and materials throughout the warehouse to and from Production areas using Powered Industrial Equipment including pallet jacks, fork trucks and turret stock pickers (TSPs).Insure accurate, safe and efficient receipt of all inbound materials including, but not limited to packaging materials, imported goods, and internal manufactured items.Maintain consistent level of internal support and ensure accurate, safe and efficient fulfillment of all sales order requests.Support the requirements of the functional team to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all material handling equipment.**Qualifications:****Experience:**Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment with receiving or shipping background preferred.**Skills & Knowledge:**Basic writing and math skills requiredFlexibility to meet rotational shift changes and overtime, as required.Basic computer and data entry knowledge required.
