Job summary

48forty Solutions, LLC is seeking a motivated Sorter to hand sort pallets and materials in a distribution facility in White, GA. The role requires vigilance for safety, high activity, and accuracy in documentation. Hourly pay is $18.00 per hour, with a Monday–Friday 7am–3pm shift.

Responsibilities include stacking pallets, loading/unloading, moving items around the facility, checking loads, and coordinating trailer moves. Strong communication and a high school diploma are required.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills needed.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.

Hourly Pay:

$18.00/hr

Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm

What You'll Do

• Hand stack pallets to appropriate heights

• Load and unload materials from trailers by hand

• Move pallets, or materials on pallets or in crates, around the facility

• Check loads to make sure they are secure

• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards

• Coordinate trailers moves within yard management system

• Accurately complete production paperwork to track progress

• Communicate directly with plant management regularly
