Job summary

Imasen Bucyrus Technology is seeking a Material Services Section Manager to lead material flow, inventory control, and shipping/receiving for the Bucyrus facility. This role covers both 1st and 2nd shifts and requires strong leadership and analytical skills.

The position emphasizes process discipline, teamwork, and effective communication to drive operational excellence in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (AS) in related field and 3–5 years of related experience, or 5–7 years of related experience.
• Demonstrated planning and analytical capability; ability to work independently and as a team.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to manage, inspire and motivate others; proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee annual salary associate performance evaluations.
• Manage material flow including inbound/outbound and plant support.
• Control inventory accuracy and cycle count activity.
• Direct receiving, shipping and IMT operations for IBT productions.
• Lead 1st & 2nd shift; supervise WH1, WH2 and Plant 2.
• Support ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 training matrices.
