The ideal candidate will hold a BS with 8+ years or MS with 6+ years, and possess SAP ERP, Costpoint ERP, Lean manufacturing, and MS Project expertise, plus eligibility for a US Secret clearance.

This position requires the selected candidate to work on-site in Northridge, CA on a 9/80 schedule. Telework is not available for this position. No relocation assistance.
BS degree with 8 years of experience or an MS degree with 6 years of experience. 12 years of experience are required in lieu of a degree Experience should be in a Development, Production, Repair, and/or Depot environment Must have demonstrated analytical skills required for determining priorities, lead times, and shop floor schedules Basic proficiency with MS Office Suite; Excel, Work, PowerPoint (i.e. working with tables, VLOOKUP, and conditional formatting Ability to obtain and retain a US Govt. Secret Clearance
SAP ERP Knowledge Costpoint ERP experience in an MRP environment TIPQA experience Lean manufacturing and process improvement experience Proficiency in Microsoft Project Experience with Earned Value Management a plus Experience in Development programs a plus Inventory experience a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly express oneself. Active Secret Clearance
Primary Level Salary Range: $106,800.00 - $160,200.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
