Job summary

Samuel, Son & Co. in Riverside, CA is seeking a Quality/Receiving Associate to manage incoming deliveries, transfers, and distribution of inventory across the foundry. You will perform data entry, maintain material records and participate in basic quality control activities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Receives all incoming deliveries and transfers for foundry and distributes inventory to corresponding departments
• Performs chemical analysis of incoming material if required
• Generates receiving documentation and performs receiving transactions in MRP
• Performs data entry and maintains material records
• Keeps accurate records of foundry inventory and performs regular cycle counts
• Participates in implementation of applicable quality control processes and procedures
• Contributes to continuous improvement activities for the foundry
• Operates truck scale and forklift as required

The base pay for this position is $25.96 - $27.77. If you are hired, your base pay will be determined based on factors such as geographic locations, skills, education, and/or experience.
