Position Purpose:TheMaterial Program Manager (MPM)will serve as the liaison between Supply Chain and Contracts, Program Finance and Program Managers, working alongside Subcontractsandpurchasingteam.The MPM will create, manage, execute material program strategy (MPS) and the material program plan (MPP) to ensure programcompetitivenessand performance from the front end of the business through contract closure. Key responsibilitiesincludematerial forecasting, cost/schedule/quality management, earned value management, metrics,assistin supplier assessments, sourcing strategies, negotiation of software licenses, communication of customer flow through requirements, proposal activities andassistingwith contract close out activities.The MPM will provide inputs as needed to the program Estimate at Complete (EAC) reviews including supply chain risk and opportunities. The MPM will use critical thinking skills to propose sound and innovative business solutions to increase operational efficiencies to insure business area and program success. Must be a self-starter and someone that is flexible and is able to work independently ata high levelof quality,quantityand collaboration.

On-site position at our Lafayette, CO location. Hybrid options available. (work locations are subject to change based on business need).
This job operates in a professional office environment, but in a manufacturing company. This role uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets and fax machines.
