Qualifications

• Must have blueprint reading knowledge and the ability to follow work orders.
• Ability to use material processing tools safely and effectively.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Team player capable of working with others.
• Must maintain a high sense of urgency to meet production goals.
• Attention to detail to identify material defects and quality issues.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting 25-50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support production processes by cutting, sawing, drilling, tapping and grinding parts.
• Prepare kits and lay-outs to meet customer specifications.
• Visually inspect parts for quality and accuracy.
• Follow safety guidelines and keep a clean work area.
• Be flexible to overtime, weekends, or holidays when needed.
