IMKO is seeking qualified Material Processors to safely remove and organize parts from steel sheets. The role emphasizes careful handling, accurate data recording, and attention to surface quality during processing.

Candidates should be prepared to operate hand tools and maintain organized workflow to support subsequent operations. The position offers weekly pay, paid holidays and vacation, and shift differential pay, with access to medical coverage.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Essential Duties

Essential job duties for this position include the following items.

• Safely remove parts from steel sheets.
• Stack and organize parts for the next operations.
• Use hand tools to remove any tabbing or scale.
• Analyze each piece for surface quality defects.
• Accurately record completed work on computer.

Education/Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
