Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Excellerate Material Planner to support the materials team and ensure smooth production flow. The role emphasizes organization, scheduling, and coordination with receiving, production, procurement and logistics.

Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 0-2 years of related experience in supply chain, logistics, or material management, with 5-10% travel. The schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with receiving and production schedules and adjust plans as priorities shift.
• Monitor schedule deviations and modify production accordingly.
• Communicate with production teams at order receipt and when changes affect jobsites.
• Track raw material delivery dates to ensure on-time production.
• Provide daily and long-term production/capacity planning based on orders, due dates, and facility availability.
• Coordinate with operations, procurement and receiving to adjust schedules as needed.
• Ensure materials can be procured as scheduled without downtime to production.
• Support continuous improvement with operations and supply chain teams to boost quality and yields.
• Work with procurement, inventory management and sales/operations for optimal supply levels and new product development processes.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Excellerate Material Planner plays a vital role in supporting the materials team. Organization is key to success in this position.

Minimum Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, material management, inventory control or other related field.

Travel: 5-10%

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday. Schedule may vary and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays. Overtime may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with receiving & production schedules for each project and adjust schedules as priorities dictate.
• Monitor schedule deviations and adjust production as needed.
• Communicate with production teams at time of order receipt and as production schedule changes could impact job sites.
• Monitor raw material delivery dates to ensure scheduled production can be completed.
• Provides daily & long-term production/capacity planning based on needs pertaining to customer orders, due dates, cell/facility availability and compatibility.
• Daily coordination/partnership with production leadership, procurement and receiving staff to evaluate any changes needed in the production schedule.
• Service: Timeliness of materials. Assure that raw materials can be procured as scheduled, without interruption or down time to production schedule.
• In collaboration with the operations and supply chain teams, drives continuous improvement to increase production quality and yields.
• Work closely with procurement/inventory management and sales/operations teams and processes to provide optimal supply levels and new product development processes.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
