Job summary

PIH Health is seeking a Materials Management professional to handle cart exchanges and maintain sterile supplies within a hospital setting. The role covers inventory, labeling, shelving and patient charging processes to support cost centers across the department.

The position requires knowledge of medical/surgical products and computerized inventory systems, with prior department management experience preferred. High school/GED is a plus, and hospital supply distribution experience is beneficial.

Job description

To accurately and efficiently complete all duties and all responsibilities associated with cart exchange, proper maintenance of sterile supplies, storage areas, inventory system, patient charging system, receipt, issuance, labeling, and shelving of supplies. This is a shared position for all Material Management cost centres.
