Position Description

The Material Management Specialist I-Temp 999 assists the Logistics Manager with entry level facility operations including cleaning, sorting, organizing warehouse inventory, and day-to-day operations geared towards operational excellence.

Position Responsibilities/Essential Functions

Receives, issues, ships, and arranges stock in proper location using machinery as needed Inspect items for conformance with specifications. Conduct inventories and maintain inventory records and reports. Build, assemble, disassemble, and move furniture, inventory, and office equipment as required. Being present at the office is an essential function of the job. Other duties as assigned Other Duties Demonstrates knowledge of and supports mission, vision, value statements, standards, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards, and the code of ethical behavior. Works effectively in team environment, participating and assisting their peers. Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Work is typically performed in an office setting with climate-controlled settings and exposure to moderate noise levels. While performing the duties of the job, employees are required to talk, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. Employees must be willing to complete all job-related travel associated with this position. Being present at the office is an essential function of the job.
