Job summary

STRATTEC Security Corporation in Milwaukee is seeking a Material Tech III to perform material handling to support manufacturing, packaging, shipping and receiving.

Responsibilities include moving components and finished goods, operating UPS equipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, cycle counts and preparing shipment documentation while keeping a safe, clean work environment. The role pays $24.36 per hour with 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Mon–Thu; high school diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have computer, reading/writing English skills, math skills.
• Must pass or hold STRATTEC operator driver's license for power driven vehicles.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Material handling to support manufacturing/packaging operations, shipping and receiving.
• Move components and finished goods throughout the plant.
• Use computer to locate stock and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Set up and track shipments to customers; maintain accurate shipment/receipts files.
