Job summary

Boulder Imaging Inc is hiring a Material Logistics Associate to join our Supply Chain team in Colorado. You will receive and move materials, verify against orders, log receipts, and prepare shipments while maintaining accuracy and safety.

You will use MS Office and inventory systems, handle packaging, and operate pallet jacks. 0–3 years in material handling is ideal; forklift and HazMat training are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-3 years material handling experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook).
• Previous experience with Inventory Systems / ERPs (a plus).
• Forklift certification (a plus).
• HazMat DOT, IATA, IMDG Shipper Training (a plus).
• International Trade Compliance Training (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Receive and transport incoming materials to inventory.
• Verify shipments against purchase orders and log receipts in the inventory system.
• Identify and report damaged or incorrect items to the buyer.
• Use computer systems for preparing, tracking, logging, verifying, and reporting.
• Handle merchandise in the warehouse by packaging, lifting items, and operating pallet jacks.
• Prepare packages for shipment with shipping labels and accuracy checks.
• Maintain an inventory of consumables/packaging products.
• Label and store received items according to labeling specs.
• Conduct cyclic inventory counts and electronic logging.
• Operate pallet jacks, carts, and warehouse equipment safely.
• Interact professionally with team members, visitors, and drivers.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment per 5S.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Description

Boulder Imaging is seeking a Material Logistics Associate who will be a key member of our Supply Chain (SC) Team. This position is responsible for receiving incoming materials, verifying received items to orders, marking materials with identifying information and helping coordinate the movement of materials throughout the facilities and preparing outgoing shipments of materials. Material movement may occur with the use of pallet jacks or carts, but candidates should be prepared to lift and carry boxes up to 50 pounds. This role will also help support other teams as needed.

Requirements

• Prepare packages for shipment by packing contents, attaching shipping labels and confirming accuracy of shipment.
• Maintain an inventory of consumables/packaging products including labels, boxes, envelopes, packing paper, and packing tape.
• Label and store received items, in accordance to labeling specifications and inventory procedures.
• Conduct cyclic inventory counts and electronic logging.
• Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials throughout the facility.
• Interact professionally and positively with team members, visitors, and drivers.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in accordance with 5S standards.
