Job summary

Ziegler Lumber Company in Lewiston, ID is hiring for Material Loaders to support lumberyard operations and loading customer vehicles. You will ensure correct products are loaded, maintain safety, and deliver friendly service in a fast paced environment.

Pre-employment drug screening is required; this safety-sensitive role offers full-time hours, benefits, and a team oriented culture. Applicants must be able to lift up to 80 lbs and perform ongoing daily tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Create an inviting environment by keeping the lumberyard clean and orderly.
• Assist with loading customers' vehicles.
• Check invoices to ensure correct products are loaded.
• Assist with daily upkeep and organization of lumber stacks.
• Help yard staff with other tasks as needed.
• Follow store policies and safety standards.
• Assist in taking regular stock inventory.

Loaders are an integral part of our services with the following responsibilities:

• A working knowledge of the products contained in the lumberyard with a willingness to learn

• Able and willing to receive forklift training
