Tremco Construction Products Group consolidates several divisions, including Tremco CPG Inc.'s Commercial Sealants & Waterproofing and Roofing & Building Maintenance, along with brands like Dryvit, Nudura, Willseal, Prebuck LLC, Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc., Weatherproofing Technologies Canada, and PureAir Control Services, Inc. The group operates 21 manufacturing facilities, 6 distribution sites, and 3 R&D/technology centers across North America, employing over 2,700 people.


GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The Field Material Installer applies coating materials to new residential constructions, including homes, condos, and multi-family projects.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Load materials, tools, and equipment onto the vehicle for transport to the jobsite.
  • Install each job following company-approved methods.
  • Maintain an efficient pace to ensure quality and productivity.
  • Perform necessary prep work for proper installation.
  • Inspect products and materials for defects before installation.
  • Conduct quality checks post-installation to ensure the work meets both builder and Tremco standards.
  • Keep work areas at the shop and jobsite clean, disposing of trash and waste properly.
  • Complete all required paperwork for each job.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Keep timesheets accurate and up-to-date.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • No formal education or experience required.
  • Valid driver's license is required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, taste, smell, and lift up to 50 lbs.

BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION:

  • Hourly rate generally ranges between $20, based on qualifications and operational needs.
  • Benefits include health insurance, paid holidays and time off, 401(k) with company match, pension plan, performance-based bonus/commission, and continuing education opportunities.
