Job summary

Power/mation has an immediate opening for a full-time Material Handling Specialist at our Roseville, Minnesota location. The role focuses on supporting daily warehouse operations with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm. Responsibilities include picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations preferred.
• Experience using an ERP system; Epicor Profit21 (P21) preferred.
• Ability to learn products, systems, and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately following FIFO principles.
• Prepare domestic and international shipments within time standards.
• Receive and verify inbound shipments; store inventory in proper locations.
• Label and organize inventory; maintain accurate system records.
• Resolve discrepancies and report damaged or nonconforming materials.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory processes.
• Support walk-in customers and internal teams with order needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Warehouse setting with frequent standing and walking
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally, 50 lbs frequently, and 20 lbs regularly
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive motion
