Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America seeks a Material Flow Specialist to optimize material movement on automotive production lines. You will design flow, establish labor estimations, and implement Kanban systems to ensure timely replenishment and minimal downtime.
You will drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis, support new model launches, and define KPIs to track efficiency and progress across cross-functional teams.

Establishes man hours calculations and requirements for the Material Handling team while continually improving their processes.
Implements Kanban systems to control the flow of materials and trigger reordering when inventory levels reach replenishment thresholds.
Continuously evaluates cost reduction improvements in material flow and container packaging
