Job summary

You will manage inventory flow, operate sit-down forklifts and other warehouse equipment, and coordinate loading, unloading, and staging to help meet critical customer delivery timelines.

You will perform cycle counts, utilize RF scanning, prepare accurate shipping documentation, and support production teams with material allocation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accident-free forklift operation.

• Strong math and precise measurements (to 1/16 inch).
• Experience with data entry and inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklifts to safely transport materials, including high-level racking and machine-side delivery.
• Execute precise shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading freight and generating accurate shipping documentation.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy by performing regular cycle counts and utilizing RF scanning technology.
• Prepare orders for outbound shipment, ensuring all items are staged and labeled correctly.
• Support production efficiency by fulfilling material allocation requests and staging supplies for manufacturing teams.
• Uphold warehouse safety and organization standards through routine maintenance and clean‑up of storage areas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accident-free experience operating sit-down forklifts.
• Proven ability to lift up to 60 pounds and maneuver heavy loads using warehouse equipment.
• Strong mathematical aptitude with the ability to perform precise measurements down to 1/16th of an inch.
• Proficiency in basic data entry, keyboarding, and inventory management systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience operating industrial balers or automatic shrink-wrapping machinery.

• Prior experience in a high-volume manufacturing or distribution environment.
