• Optimize load configurations to maximize operational throughput and efficiency.
• Assemble, secure, and accurately label material bundles for storage or shipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on heavy equipment to ensure peak performance.
• Mentor new team members by providing hands-on training and monitoring progress against safety checklists.
• Maintain clear documentation of daily activities and communicate operational needs to management.
• Uphold rigorous safety standards and ensure compliance with all operational protocols.
