Job summary

OBR Management Olton, Texas is seeking a skilled Material Handler to support warehouse and fabrication operations. The role involves moving and staging materials, loading/unloading trucks, and ensuring inventory integrity through accurate transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, strong attention to detail, and be comfortable reading picklists and BOMs.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read and follow picklists, packing slips, purchase orders, and BOMs.
Strong attention to detail.
Team-oriented, reliable and accountable work style.
Ability to communicate clearly with supervisors, coworkers, and drivers.

Responsibilities

Pull, stage, and move materials according to WMS.
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
Receive inbound materials and complete put-away as directed.
Supply fabrication team with materials per BOM requirements.
Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe yard and warehouse storage locations.
Report inventory discrepancies, safety concerns, and operational issues to supervision.
Follow all company safety, operational, and quality procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
