Job summary

Mid-States Distributing, LLC in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Material Handler to keep our distribution center running smoothly. You’ll pick orders, build pallets, and move items safely with a focus on accuracy and productivity.

No warehouse experience required; we value attendance and a strong work ethic. This full-time role offers a 4x10 shift (Wed–Sat, 6 am–4:30 pm), $19–$21 per hour, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

Compensation

4x10 Shift: Wednesday – Saturday, 6 am to 4:30 pm (40 hours per week)

$19 - $21 per hour, dependent on experience (including shift differential)

Easily make over $40,000 per year to start!

What You Will Do

Minimum Qualifications, Skills, Competencies, And Experience

• Must have a high level of work ethic and exceptional attendance
• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have the ability to use Technology for RF Scanners and Payroll System
• Be a highly motivated individual with positive and professional attitudes that can work independently
• Have the ability to apply common sense to daily situations
• Preferred: Have experience with Material Handling Equipment (Forklifts, Order Pickers, Pallet Runners)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift for extended periods of time throughout the whole shift and perform repetitive motion
• Ability to speak and hear in order to communicate with others and work safely in the warehouse
• Ability to perform some heavy work to include lifting up to 50 lbs and other heavy items repetitively all shift
• Visual acuity to read labels, scanners, and operate equipment safely
• Ability to work in conditions of high heat and humidity and colder winter temperatures
