Job summary

RTX is seeking an Onsite Logistics Associate in Tucson, AZ to support material handling, packaging, and shipping in a manufacturing environment. The role requires the ability to lift and move items, operate forklifts and other handling equipment, and follow precise procedures with safety and quality in mind.

The position is full-time and on-site, with a strong emphasis on compliance, teamwork, and adherence to union guidelines.

Qualifications

• Powered Industrial Truck Operation skills required.
• Ability to use power and hand tools as needed.
• CDL Class A license with Hazardous endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads, and moves materials using forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Operates equipment to move materials within the plant and warehouses.
• Opens containers and labels items for processing.
• Sorts and prioritizes mail and materials based on priorities.
• Attaches labels and prepares shipments for transport.
