Job summary

Kohls is seeking a Material Handler in New Albany, OH to prepare, move, and process merchandise safely and efficiently. You will be cross-trained across departments to support operations and meet production standards.

Responsibilities include receiving, packing, shipping, data entry, and delivering high-quality service to vendors and locations while maintaining safety guidelines and attendance requirements.

Qualifications

• English proficiency to understand and follow rules, training, and instructions for safety and efficiency.
• Effective collaboration and teamwork.
• Adept multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to complete company training and cross-train in at least 2 departments.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process merchandise, including picking, packing, preparing, shipping orders and returns and loading and unloading trailers.
• Input data to prepare reports.
• Provide high-quality internal and external customer service, including communicating with vendors, associates and locations to resolve disputes and review compliance.
• Promote a safe work environment by following all company, state, local and OSHA safety rules and reporting potential violations.
