Job summary

Client, a leading global medical technology company, is seeking an Entry Level Material Handler in Redlands, CA on a 6-month contract. The role supports moving materials using forklifts and related equipment in a 2nd shift (2:00pm–10:30pm) with a 40-hour work week.

Responsibilities include operating material-handling equipment, maintaining records, and following SOPs to ensure quality. Candidate should have a HS diploma and 0–1 year warehouse experience, plus basic math and English skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year warehouse experience or related training.
• Must have basic math and reading/writing in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment (forklifts, conveyors, cranes) to move materials.
• Maintain records and learn basic tasks within a process.

• Effective communication skills at a level co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand.
• Ability to read, write, interpret and comprehend documents written in English and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to perform/operate in a metrics-driven environment. General computer skills.
