Job summary

Lever, Inc. in Groveport, OH is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to ensure efficient movement and organization of materials within our facility. You will support receiving and fulfillment operations and operate MHE safely to meet daily targets.

Ideal candidates are safety-conscious, detail-oriented and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs; prior warehouse experience is preferred. This full-time role offers biweekly pay and benefits including medical, dental and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the shift.
• OT availability to support business needs.
• Willingness to learn powered equipment like forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading materials from trailers and containers.
• Moving materials to storage areas and production lines using equipment.
• Processes orders including picking, packing, and shipment confirmations.
• Verifying inventory counts and documenting material movement via logs or RF scans.
• Operating pallet jacks and forklifts in a safe manner.
• Picks and packs customer orders for shipment.
• Move stock from reserve storage to primary picking locations.
• Uses RF scanners to support accurate inventory management.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area; supports continuous improvement.
• Performs other duties as required by management.
