Job summary

Henkel in Salisbury, NC is seeking a warehouse associate to support adhesive technologies operations. You’ll safely operate powered industrial trucks, perform stock picking per SOPs, verify material identity and labeling, and maintain a clean, organized 5S warehouse workspace.

This role requires at least a high school diploma and a minimum of five years in warehouse or logistics, plus forklift experience. You’ll follow safety procedures, participate in training, and help manage hazardous

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) to move materials and load/unload.
• Safely follow safety procedures and participate in required trainings.
• Perform stock picking per SOPs and Transfer Order requirements.
• Coordinate with Traffic Management Office and Inventory Analyst to resolve discrepancies.
• Apply 5S practices and maintain an organized warehouse environment.
• Handle materials safely, including lifting up to 50 lbs and using assist devices.
• Record material transactions in WMS, SAP, or via documentation as required.
