Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Stand-Up Forklift Operator in Minster, Ohio to support a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. The role focuses on forklift duties, packing, and material handling with a strong emphasis on accuracy and safety.

The position offers weekly pay, benefits, paid training, and opportunities for advancement. Flex hours are provided with a 44-55 hour work week and various shifts to fit family scheduling needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Valid forklift operator certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform warehouse duties: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Maintain accuracy in picking and packing, auditing, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Handle day-to-day warehouse paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during production hours.
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract.

Position Description

Ryder is hiring a Stand-Up Forklift Operator in Minster, Ohio — offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a career you can feel good about.

Warehouse Forklift Operator / Material Handler Positions Pay Weekly

• Base pay: $23.00 per hour
• .50 increase after 6 mo and 1 year
• Overtime Pay: $34.50 per hour
• Additional Pay:
• Productivity Incentives: Eligible to earn up to an extra $10/hr
• Monthly attendance bonuses
• Sign-on bonus:
• $1,000 bonus paid in four installments at 30, 60, 90, 180 days

• A: Sun-Wed 4:30am - 4:00 pm OR
• A: Sun-Wed 5:30am - 5:00 pm

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Ability to be a team player and able to work within a diverse work environment
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)Able to work within a diverse work environment

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse function, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and, cycle counting
• Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Responsible for the accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products and loading and unloading of trucks
• Responsible of dealing with day to day paperwork in a warehouse environment (i.e. picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for different aspects related to the automated packing system during the core shift hour of production
• Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Performs other duties as assigned.
