Ryder is hiring a Material Handler in Frankfort, Indiana. The role supports warehouse operations with focus on safety and efficiency within a clean, organized facility.

Pay starts at $19.00 per hour with overtime in peak seasons and a Monday–Thursday schedule of 5:30am–4:00pm, plus possible Friday overtime. Ryder emphasizes paid training, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match), PTO starting from day 1, and employee discounts.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Ensure accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products and loading/unloading of trucks
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for the automated packing system during production hours
• Perform duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Hourly Pay: $19.00 per hour
• Overtime Pay: $28.50 per hour
• Schedule: 1st Shift Monday - Thursday from 5:30am - 4:00pm. Possible OT on Fridays during peak season.
