Responsibilities

• Complete work assignments by utilizing company policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners; identifying priorities and deadlines; carrying out tasks; communicating progress; and recommending improvements.
• Manage freight flow by moving and loading freight manually and with powered equipment; using WMS, scales, and scanners; and maintaining logs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and ethical standards by implementing action plans daily.
• Keep work areas organized and maintain freight flow by stacking/moving pallets.
• Monitor freight to ensure cold chain and species compliance.
